Questions from a studio

Can it check whether a time is free?

No. It does not read a calendar. It collects the request and you confirm the time.

Can I list different rates for weekdays and weekends?

Yes. Write them in your knowledge in your own words and the assistant will use them.

Can Replybio book appointments or take payments?

No. Replybio answers questions and passes the rest to you. When a visitor wants something it cannot do, such as booking a time, it asks whether to pass the request on, takes their email address and sends you the question. You reply yourself.

How much does Replybio cost?

Plans start at €29 a month for 100 conversations a month, with larger plans for busier businesses. You choose a plan on the pricing section of the home page and create your account after paying.
