Terms of service

The service

Replybio lets a business owner build a personal AI assistant, publish it on a link, and read the conversations and contact requests that come in. The assistant answers questions from the knowledge the owner provides. It does not book appointments or meetings, take payments, sign contracts or close deals.

Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and be acting for yourself or a business.
• Your handle is part of your public link. We may reclaim handles that infringe someone's rights or impersonate others.

Your content and your assistant

You own the knowledge, rules and other content you add. You give us the right to store and process it to run the service, including sending it to our AI and email providers as described in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you add. The assistant answers from your knowledge, so wrong or outdated information leads to wrong answers. Check conversations, use “Mark as wrong” to correct mistakes, and pause the assistant if you need to.

AI limitations

The assistant is generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. It is not professional advice, and it may not be used as the only basis for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Visitors are told that they are talking to an AI assistant. You must not present the assistant as a human.

Visitors and consent

You are responsible for how you use what visitors share with you. Contact details are asked for only after the visitor agrees to be contacted and has been told that they will be stored to reply to them. Use them only to answer the visitor's request, and delete them when a visitor asks or when you no longer need them.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property;
• publish content that is deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
• send spam, or collect data from visitors by deception;
• try to access other people's data, probe or disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or extract the assistant's instructions;
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are described in the pricing section of our website. They are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices, limits and features can change with notice. A price change applies from your next renewal.

Free trial

We sometimes give a free trial through a private link. A trial lasts 7 days, needs no card and costs nothing. When it ends, the assistant is switched off unless you have added a payment method in your dashboard under Billing, and nothing is charged without one. If you add a payment method, the plan you chose starts and is billed as described above. A trial is meant for one business and cannot be repeated.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in your dashboard under Billing, with the button Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the renewal: you are not charged again, and the assistant keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that it is switched off and visitors of your link see a contact form instead of the chat. We do not refund the unused part of a period you have already paid for. You can still read your conversations and leads after the plan ends, and you can subscribe again at any time.

Refunds

If the service is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will return it in full. Use the button Request a refund under Billing in your dashboard while it is offered, or write to andriimuzhchil@gmail.com from the email address of your account. A refund is available once per customer. Renewals, and payments older than 7 days, are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. A refund ends your subscription at once, and the assistant is switched off. It goes back to the original payment method and can take a few days to show up.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where we can.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. After closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, or for what the assistant says, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change we will update the date above and tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
