Questions from a law firm

Does the AI give legal advice?

No. It is instructed to answer only from your information and to pass legal questions to your team. It does not interpret facts or the law.

Is it safe to let visitors write about their case?

Visitors are told before they share contact details that you store them with the conversation. You decide what to do with the information, and you can delete any conversation. Ask visitors not to share sensitive details in the chat.

Can Replybio book appointments or take payments?

No. Replybio answers questions and passes the rest to you. When a visitor wants something it cannot do, such as booking a time, it asks whether to pass the request on, takes their email address and sends you the question. You reply yourself.

How much does Replybio cost?

Plans start at €29 a month for 100 conversations a month, with larger plans for busier businesses. You choose a plan on the pricing section of the home page and create your account after paying.
